Weru Student Conference
2025
- Led the initiative of hosting a conference for students who are interested in creating video games.
- Negotiated co-hosting with Alpaco to secure the event venue at zero cost and obtained event swag via Unity Korea sponsorship.
- Designed the full 6-session program schedule and built run-of-show and staffing workflows.
- Drove 122 applications through form design and outreach; managed attendee communications.
- Led on-site operations for 51 general attendees (excluding guests, speakers, and staffs).
- Designed and produced the event pamphlet; handled external communications.
- Delivered a talk on game jams during the conference.
